"The Apple ID ***@outlook.com cannot be used to unlock this iPad."

Hello. Restored and updated my iPad 2 through the iTunes program. Now the device asks for an Apple ID and password, I remember them and enter them correctly, but the device says: "The Apple ID ***@outlook.com cannot be used to unlock this iPad." Help me please.

If it's locked to a different Apple ID, log in with that one, or contact the person who can, or if you're the unit's original owner, click here and submit an unlock request.

If it's become unbound from that Apple ID but is still locked, submit an unlock request.
