activation lock
my iphone 5s can not reset password ,and can not use email to recieved information to unlock my phone?

First see if you have tried all of the steps to reset your password with this link (only if you are the owner of this iPhone and didn't get it from someone else): https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
If this iPhone was previously owned by someone, they need to deactivate an activation lock.
