Recently purchased an iPad and setup was done via retore from iPhone using the camera. I renamed the iPad since it name itself the same as my iPhone during setup.
ISSUE:
When I leave the home the Find My App notifies me on my actual phone the 'iPad' is not with me as if it's my phone and I have my actual iPhone device with me.
Any way to correct this without a hard reset?
Open the Find My App on your iPhone.
Select the Devices tab from the inset. Each of your devices that are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID will be shown.
From the device list, tap [select] your iPad from the list. Check/disable the Notifications setting - Notify When Left Behind.
