Transferring files target disk
I can't use migration assistant to transfer files from old computer to new one. I have them connected with target disk and have transferred documents, photos, etc. How do I copy applications?
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

You cannot copy some apps as they contain too many pieces. You need to re-download them. You also need to check on licensing requirements if you bought them with a license - some only allow one install, others more.
