Check you Call History. See if it came in, and if you missed the call.

Call the Caller Back:

Being this is Apple, contact them, requesting a following on the case. You'd have received an eMail regarding this call. So, call the number provided, and say your case number, Wait for the Apple Rep to answer your call.

Nobody here can possibly help you unless you spell out all the details of your issue.

We need details such as pertinent hardware and software names and version numbers, what you’ve tried, what you’ve seen, what worked, what failed, etc.

You are not addressing Apple here, this is a user to user technical forum.
