activation lock

i updated my iphone to ios 15.2 and got stock on activation lock that is they are requesting for the icloud of the first user of the phone which the person is no where to be fine what am i to do now?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
