I lost my iphone in home and cant remember my apple icloud credentials.

I lost my phone at home and even forgot the icloud credentials. I also note sure FIND MY was setup in the device or not.

If find my was off, there is no way to track it. If you forgot your Apple ID, start here: https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid. Recover ID password: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
