If you actually have an iPhone 6s Plus, you need to update to the current version of iOS.

I suspect you may have a 6 Plus, not a 6s Plus, meaning the highest you can go iOS iOS 12.

If that's the case, you need a new phone. The 6 and 6 Plus are obsolete.
