My Apple TV 4K Remote A1962 Is Not Charging. I put it on two different chargers with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks

Charge your Siri Remote - Apple Support
There are no indicators on the remote that it is charging. See the charge level on screen in Settings.
There is a battery service for Siri Remotes, if needed.

Else consider buying a replacement remote. Newer model, pretty nice.
