Can't download file from iCloud Drive on iPhone

We understand you're having some issues accessing a file in iCloud that originally came from your Mac. To get started, what kind of file are you trying to download on your iPhone? Can you access any other files or similar formats besides this one? What exactly happens when you try to download it?

In the meantime, do you have enough space on your iPhone?

 If you need more space for an update on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

From the screenshots, you're using a cellular connection with only 2 bars for signal strength. Do you have any issues using the internet with other apps? For example, can you use Safari and surf the internet? Does it seem slow?

If possible, try connecting to a reliable Wi-Fi network to see if the same thing occurs. A poor cellular connection or Wi-Fi connection could cause issues with downloading files.

If you haven't already done so, restart your iPhone. Sometimes a restart can help resolve issues.
