AirDrop- No people found??

Hello!

I have an iPhone 13 and have recently been having a problem with my Airdrop. I use Airdrop every day for work to transfer photos and files between my iPhone and my MacBook but suddenly it's stopped working! I am very familiar with airdrop and I know that I'm doing everything right. But for some reason when I try to airdrop from my phone it says "No people found". I can airdrop from my MacBook and I can always see lots of other devices with airdrop on!
