Photos error "There was an error saving this video. Please try again later." While editing video

Hi there, I was editing video and this "There was an error saving this video. Please try again later." appears.

I managed to resolve it by using an app to remove the meta data. For whatever reason this allowed me to edit it.

iPad Pro 10.5-inch, Wi-Fi, Cellular
