i cannot find permission tab to let Walmart access my camera
This could be in two different places in the Settings app.
If it is the Walmart app requesting access to your camera then you should find that at Settings > Privacy > Camera.
if it is the Walmart website in safari requesting access to your camera then it would be in Settings > Safari > Camera.
Settings->Privacy->Camera->Walmart and make sure its allowed.
If its not there, then it means the Walmart app has not requested access to the Camera yet.
