*@icloud.com Apple ID became inactive

I've bought M1 Macbook Air and after system setup create a new apple id (for family use) in icloud.com domain.

All was fine. After last macos update to 12.2.1 version mac show me message "log in your AppleID to proceed". But when I try to login or reset password it show me error "This Apple ID in not active".

I tried to go to icloud.com and create same apple id and get error "you can't use id with icloud.com".

So for now I have:

Macbook that attached to inactive appleid, so I can't install any software and can't remove appleID from this macbook.

This is weird!
