Why isn’t there a delete option on an app in the App Library?
When I go to the App Library, as told in the support column to delete an app, every app I tap and hold to select the delete option, the delete option isn’t present.

If there is no delete option on any app, there may be a restriction set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.
