screen time for ios 15.3.1

screen time forgot passcord option doesn't work. it comes up as a failed attempt when trying confirming apple ID and password. is there anything that i can do???

If you have forgotten your Screen Time passcode – Apple Support (UK)

If you didn't use your apple ID to set up the passcode then you cannot clear it, so:

You should import your media to Photos app in a computer and copy important documents to a cloud server it will enable you to wipe your phone

(1) How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support (just in case)

(2) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

Do not restore the backup as it has screen time locked in.

Rebuild your app portfolio.

Re-sync your photos and data

Start afresh.
