My iPhone 11 doesn’t ring and goes right to voice mail

Are these all calls, or just calls that are not in your contacts? If it is not ringing at all the callers say that they are going straight to voicemail without hearing ringing, I recommend that you make contact with your carrier. You can also check the Mute switch, Focus to see if that is activated, Call Forwarding to see if that is activated. My guess is that your carrier is going to have to help troubleshoot this.

Contact your network carrier or google for your codes to turn off call direct or increased the number of rings.
