Editing the Chart in Numbers

The editing chart feature is stuck at the bottom of the page. I can't drag it open it nothing it just sits there and I can't do anything with it. Its really frustrating does anyone know what to do.... see screenshot below.

Editing the Chart is done using the Chart Inspector in the right sidebar.


The green bar below the chart is used for editing the Chart Data Rwferences. Clicking that bar makes it disappear, AND changes focus to the Table supplying data to the chart.
