Airpod firmware not updated

My AirPods Pro will not update their firmware. I have had them plugged in to power and beside my iPhone

& i am trying many way but I can’t update it

now my firmware version is 3E751

Hello,

I don't believe that there is any way to manually update the firmware. It is supposed to update by itself through normal use.

However, your might repeat process several times. Make that everything is charged and that the cover of the charging case is open. Try it with the AirPods in your ears vs. in the charging case.
