Possible fixes. Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store. -

Payment method declined in iTunes or the App Store.

thank you for your time . Found out that Capital One Card changing to Marcus they stopped all auto pays connected to the card. I will take care of this. Thanks again
