The Bluetooth on my new iPhone 12 is not working

My Bluetooth on my brand new iPhone 12 is not working. It is on b ut just spins while it is searching for devices that are on and working. Has anyopne encountered this problem?

If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
