I need help changing my friends iCloud password because her iphone was stolen. I’m trying to access her find my iPhone but she can’t remember the password, we need to find it. it has her social on it, banking info, we are scared for her identity and money please could you help me change her trusted device to my phone number so I may change her password in the cloud?

If you are having big problems, try going to the nearest Apple Store for quickest action, otherwise see If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support (HK) and If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support.
