How do I request a refund when I never requested the services. We never purchase music, etc. but I was changed on my credit card for several different dates? Do I go directly to the CC company and ask for a refund?

Billing question-I was charged several times on my credit card for services I never requested. We never purchase music etc from apple. I have searched my email for a receipt, I have pulled up my history and nothing pertaining to these charges come up. How to I go about requesting a refund? When I go to the refund request form there is nothing about being charged for services I didn't request. Is this an issue that I need to take up with the credit card company?

Visit support.apple.com/billing to review your purchase history (or contact Apple Support). If you did not subscribe or make purchases, then you should replace your credit card as someone else is likely using your credentials to make purchases.

Checked my history and email for receipts And there were none. Time to get a new credit card. Thank you
