Sounds like you battery needs service—which is a replacement recommendation.
If it still preforms well enough for your usage, ignore it until does not meet your requirements.
Battery notifications have been dumb down, it used to included:
"Replace Soon"
"Replace Now"
"Service Battery"
no more, it simply reads Normal or Service Recommended.

Download an app called Coconut Battery, it provides good detailed information about your batter(ies). There is a basic free one and an advanced paid one.
