Perform the Following:

Go Here: Set up iCloud Mail on your Devices - Apple Support
Scroll to: Set up an iOS or iPadOS device
As it Reads: "On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn on Mail."
