Locked notes

This is not the least bit helpful! I don’t even know how to lock a note, so how could this have happened? Only one note is locked, and all the others are not locked. I don’t know the password because I never set one!

Apple has no way tp unlock notes. You'll need to use your password.

If there is a password on a note, you set it. Maybe inadvertently, but only the user can add one.
