There are hundreds of courses on Youtube for switchers of Windows to Mac. When i switched about 20+ years ago, I had it down in about 2 weeks. It is not difficult at all, just some basics. Just remember that Mac OS is not MS Windows and does not require any antivirus, cleaning, or other maintenance apps. Just use it and have fun with it.
