Dear Sir/Madam,
We have submit our iPhone on 3rd March, 2022 to B2X Service Solutions India Pvt Ltd.
But they are saying that we can't hand over your device until we have not receive our internal approval and even iPhone is working after changing battery
So please ask to them for handover our iPhone to us by today.
