Lock/Unlock symbol on iPhone lock screen
You geniuses put the lock/unlock symbol on top of the clock. Ever plan on fixing this?

Then there is something wrong on your iPhone.
The Lock/Unlock symbol is (should be) above the time.
Did you try a Force Restart?
Have you already tried a "forced" restart of your device, using these instructions?:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
