My iphone language was english and then i set up new password for lock screen , okay? Now i change iphone language to another one but that requires restart , when the device restarted on the new language , when i put my password , it gives me wrong pass

I don't think there is a relationship between changing the iPhone language and the passcode, make sure you enter it correctly. If that doesn't work for you, you will have to follow the steps in the following links⬇️
