can I change the colour of my MacBook pro 16 space grey for the silver MacBook Pro? I am aware of the 14 day (no question) exchange policy but, I've had this MacBook for well over 14 days. is there anything I can do?
if you were within the 14-day window, Apple would accept a full-value return of your computer and apply the proceeds toward a different computer of your choosing. At this writing, all but the base model MacBook Pro 16-in models are seeing substantial delivery times, as they are being built-to order and parts are in short supply. Delivery windows are now around 25 April.
If you are past the 14-day window, your only recourse is to sell the Mac you have now and use the money to buy a computer that better meets your needs. A private sale might get a better price.
