How do I clear the settings notifications for repair device

You cannot remove the Display notifications. They'll eventually be moved into the About section of Settings and won't have a visible notification anywhere else. But it happens on its own after several days.
The other option, is to use an actual genuine display and not a fake display when preparing your iPhone.
