Apple ID payment method

Why isn’t it letting me add a payment method to my Apple ID. It always says “your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”

There's a problem with your payment information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.


You won't be able to change it without getting this corrected.
