How can I update my iPhone 6 to 14ios?

I have a 6 and I am running on ios 15.

Click on settings….click general….click software update. If the update is available for your phone it should be there and then just follow instructions accordingly. Good luck

An iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above.
