My beats solo pros are not connecting to anything and don't pop up on bluetooth. Also the light next to the charging port is constantly blinking. Can anyone help me fix them to be able to connect to my device again.

What color is it blinking?
White but it won’t connect
If they are blinking white they are in Bluetooth pairing model. Are any devices you have previously paired with nearby? Is your iPhone updated and Bluetooth is turned on?
I haven’t paired to any other devices my phone is fully updated and Bluetooth is on.
I went to try the steps a took my headphones off the charger and it won’t turn on so I think it is something wrong with the ditch in the headphones
