Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

If you cannot add an email account to iPhone, Restart your iPhone - Apple Support and make sure iOS is up-to-date: Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support. Then, try to Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support again.
