AirPods will not work

I bought AirPods in November of this year and the right one stopped working. I tried to reset them and now neither one will work. Please fix or replace.

Verify the AirPods Balance:

Two Methods:

A. On the iPhone, itself:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance


B. On an App:

Note that some apps have their own settings for volume. So, be certain balance on the app is as desired.
