I baught a ipad and its disabled what do I do? can I fix it?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.


If you encounter the activation lock afterwards, ask the seller to remove it or give you a refund.

You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Instructions here...

If you forgot your iPad passcode - Apple Support

But you may encounter Activation Lock. Without yhe Apple ID and Password of the original user who set up the device, you will never be able to use it. See this link...
