I received a pop up about my phone number and Apple ID was used to sign in an iPad it was not me and I couldn’t go any further till I press OK
I did it but it wasn’t me who signed up
what am I supposed to do?

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
