My Touch Bar is no longer scrolling so I can get to options past the bar, like emojis - I use to be able to swipe bar to left and scroll past what was on the bar.
and all of the sudden when I touch the bar it comes up on the bottom of my screen, that never used to happen.
I have updated to Monterey 12.2.1. And still have the issue.
can anyone help?

On an intel Mac you can
Try resetting the SMC How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)
if no resolve—Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac
