My iPad Air 2 keeps switching off and shows low battery.

I have ensured the software operating system is up to date and checked that the battery is in good order 95%. However even when the battery is charged to a high level the iPad switches off and then shows low battery. To get it back I have to put the iPad on charge again.

In such a situation, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly (they have tools to run remote diagnostics, battery included) and explain your problem. Use this link:--> Get Support
