Where is this now? It’s not in the ‘phone’ setting. I’d like to hide my number sometimes so how do I do it??

I found it on my iPhone SE @ Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID

Note that you must have this option enabled with your cellular voice provider.

If you go to settings, scroll up. You will see a search bar. Search [Show caller ID] and you will see an option to go to that setting.
