I locked my notes and I forgot the password

I locked my notes and I forgot the password… I went to settings to reset the password but asked me to input my old password, what can I do? Help!

Once the Notes password is forgotten, previous notes created using that password can never be retrieved without that password. You may create a new Notes password to use on future notes, but the previous notes can never be seen without that original password.
