Can Magsafe charger turnoff charging after iPhone is charged to 100 percentage

Your phone controls how much power is consumed while charging.. no the phone can't 'turn off' the charger, but it will stop drawing power from the charger when the battery is full.
You don't have to worry about overcharging, you don't need to unplug the phone when it gets to 100%.
