i cant downloads any app in app store app store pop coming after 13. or above update please provide my phone new update i am still using i phone 5 years

Hey there,

it seems you have iPhone 6 / 5s if so unfortunately the last update for this device’s is iOS 12.5.5 you can’t update it to newer version !

if you have iPhone 6s or later and you can’t update your phone or download apps see Raicya response!
