I have recently bought iPhone 13 today I put my phone on charge and it stop charging at 84% and when I restart the phone and checked it was 89% now it stuck at 89% can anyone help me out also my battery health is 100%

Charge it all night every night and it will eventually charge all the way up to 100% when optimised charging settles in.
If you are in a rush then turn off optimised charging in battery health setting.
