Phishing Pop-up
Can you tell me if my iPhone has been hacked? I had a pop-up saying that it had. Or that it was about to be hacked.

Your phone has not been hacked, what you saw was a maliciously crafted advertisement. Ignore it. I would also recommend installing an ad blocker extension in Safari so you won’t see garbage like that anymore.
It is a scam.
Ignore it
Then Settings, Safari, Clear website data and history
