Download the Apple TV app on your smart TV, or on your Roku, or other supported streaming device. Get the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app on your smart TV, streaming device, or game console - Apple Support
Open the Apple TV app.
Sign in to the Apple TV app through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon) with an Apple ID account that has the Apple TV+ subscription.
Navigate to the tv+ tab in the Apple TV app.
Select a show, and start watching.
