hide my email address no longer forwarding emails

Hi


I created a hide my email address to use on a local online store. it was initially working and then it stopped forwarding emails to me. I need to contact the store as I have paid for an order but there was an issue. I am however unable to this because the email address isn't working. Please help

Thanks for following up. When you go to Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Hide My Email, are you able to see the store you're trying to contacted listed there? Does the email address shown for forwarding match your Apple ID?

Awesome! Is "Forward To" also enabled? You can try sending a test email to your "Hide My Email"email address to confirm it is forwarding to your iCloud email address.


Is it possible that the email was deactivated? If so, you can log into the iCloud website , go to Account Settings, then click Manage in the Hide may email section. Scroll to the bottom of the list and you should see a section with any inactive emails. Click reactive address and follow the instruction provided.
