  1. Open Keynote
  2. Go to Inspector - Document, click on Change Theme button and select White
  3. Go to Inspector - Format - Slide - click in the Slide Layout area and select Blank
  4. Go to Inspector - Format, and click the Edit Slide Layout button
  5. Add the required text, images, shapes, charts, tables and background to the Slide Layout
  6. Click Done
  7. Go to File > Save Theme and select Save
